"This was my first time coming here and I won’t be returning. My wait time was way too long when I had an appointment scheduled, I did dip for my nails and I’ve never had them look so messy afterward. The powder was all on my skin even after I’d washed my hands, which she didn’t have me do until the very end. She filed them to a completely different shape than I had them (I wanted the same shape) and she cut them way too short. She also missed the powder on some areas of my nails. Very disappointing experience and especially when you pay so much money to get your nails done."

"Mai did an amazing job on my pedicure! I get pedicures for foot health and getting all that nasty dead skin off, not colored tootsies. She did a meticulous job of cleaning up my feet, and then an incredibly relaxing spa-like treatment! My feet feel soooo good."

"i had a horrible experience here . my daughter and i came here for a mani pedi 1/22 . please don’t give these people business there are so many other options with professional staff . this picture is how she wanted to leave my nails . i asked her nicely to fix it and make them symmetrical. she rolled her eyes, said it’s too late because she has already applied the top coat and argues with me that it’s not uneven , it only looks uneven to me because they’re opposite toes? So her final word is no she’s not going to fix them , and says i’m just too picky and “if i don’t like it, i can always go somewhere else”. she says they are always busy and have a lot of customers and don’t need me to come back.I’m quiet the whole time just letting her rant but she keeps ranting in her language and slamming things as she sets them down. I tell her it’s ok I’ll just leave , and i take a picture of my toes for a future bad review , and this makes her even madder , she goes out the door and takes a picture of my car ?? and she comes back in and says no ,she is going to erase the whole design, so she grabs the filing tool and files it all off and paints the toes one solid color . I’m not arguing so we get done and are getting ready to go..she’s still ranting about how mean I am even though I’m quiet for my daughters sake and my daughter looks scared and stressed throughout this and is crying. I keep telling her it’s ok , i’m crying cause her birthday nails experience is ruined. Through this all the other staff sit back and say or do nothing to this lady that is clearly being unprofessional. i used to be a happy customer with them but afer this i’ll never be back. i paid them 82$ for my gel pedicure and my daughters gel finger and nail polish. I didn’t catch her name but this is a very true story. UPDATE: Sept 2023 - my daughter still remembers this incident :("
