Tu Nails

"I love it when Connie does my manicure! I get the dip powder and I get so many compliments! She makes them so nice and sharp looking, and pays attention to details. I am a regular. Because of Connie and my red nails, I think I found a boyfriend!"

"My daughter and I have been going here for a long time and have been satisfied. Tuesday we had an appointment and I left there with 3 fingers hurting on one hand and two on the other one. They still hurt(I am not a crybaby). My daughter also had a finger burned. Aaron has always been wonderful but he was not there that day. I usually get ombré and I showed the tech the color I wanted and said with sparkly polish over it. She never even acknowledged what I said. When she started to polish I did not get ombré. And this is on me…. I didn’t stop her. Another customer had gotten two small bottles of Fireball and most of the other techs drank both bottles. I also had an issue with the powder another time. I had just lost my dog and was having a really bad day and I tried to explain that I didn’t want powder because when she did my nails with it before if was wavy and I didn’t want that. But the tech insisted the only way to get ombré was with powder. I said no and another tech and my daughter both said the same. She became upset…and I was having a hard time trying to not cry… she took my polish and put it on Aaron’s station and said Aaron could finish me. I will either not go back or make sure I make and have the appointment with Aaron."

"Been here a few times. Have usually had really good service. Went there Thursday the 12th. It was not good at all! Got the Pedicure, the lady cut the sides of my toenails out. I advised her I am very prone to ingrown toenails and NOT a care in the world. It was bleeding and hurt so bad! She kept digging and not listening. She also did not do the best on my nails either. I have decided it is time to look for a new nail place. Sad that this nail place has gone down hill. I was excited to finally have found a good place. Oh well on the next."

"I've been going to Tu for over 10 years; initially in Lakeville and now in PL since we moved. I usually see Sue for gel fill & she is awesome. While she was on a much deserved vacation, I saw Connie who suggested I try dip. Here they are over a week later, still looking awesome & I love it!"
