"two stars is kind. recent surgery at the nlr facility. they lost me to my family for about five hours. two great nurses, others were less than mediocre, even combative, toward me and my family. my wife from the waiting room finally called the admissions desk and managed to find me writhying in pain from the lack of meds and even a saline drip. attorneys likely to follow."

"I went for pretesting labs, EKG and doctor visit prior to surgery. All the staff were very kind. Nurses in pretesting, Caitlin and Allyson, were very friendly, and took their time with me. Caitlin answered all my questions and had very good follow-up. I initially went to the wrong lab, so Christi in lab took the time to walk me to pretesting. I ran into several employees throughout this visit, Dr King, Dr Emmanuel, Jenny Bowe, Nikki on 3 NW who were all very friendly. Linda at the information desk is the sweetest lady, and even checked on me later to be sure I didn't miss my appointment time. Highly recommend this hospital!"

"I just want to say my mom's nurse in CVICU was amazing. She took excellent care of my mom. She made our family feel important. She has got to be the best nurse I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I think her name is Katelyn. My mom is getting the best care. I thank God for her."

"This is the most horrible hospital visit ever!!!! I will never in my life bring any family member back to this place!! We are still waiting for a room sitting in the e.r. over 12 hours!! This lady is so rude I asked about how much longer they keep saying they're cleaning the room for over 6 hours. Smh!!! She started yelling saying she will kick me an my husband and kids out due to us asking how much longer.? My husband is having heart failure and she just adding more stress to us not lifting none off! This hospital needs to be shut down poor staff poor nurse poor dr.!!"

"When I tell you their CCU is horrific, they are a nightmare. The nurses don't want to do their jobs! They have disgusting attitudes including some of the doctors! EVERYONE that came in to see my family member stated that they had nasty attitudes. We ask questions they never have a straight answer or its a totally different answer the more questions we ask. The family has to be the patients advocate, if they are not able to speak for themselves. If they cant or refuse to understand they need to find another career field. They were agitated by the simplest things. It seems as if they were trying to do a procedure without consent. If you don't have a genuine heart to help people, GET OUT OF THE MEDICINE BUSINESS! I believe they may be harming my family member! What if it were your family member? We are already stressed enough and they just added to the stress. They're suppose to relieve a little stress not add to it. I pray for HELP! GENUINE HELP! YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW! HF, we need YOU!"
