"Husband booked a cleaning 6 months out because there are only a few late afternoon appointments available and he needs one to accommodate his work schedule. This worked great for years until he showed up to an appointment he had written down in his personal calendar but was somehow not on their schedule. Admin staff became angry when asked why it's not on schedule and we were told we may not be a good fit for their office. Passive aggressive comment, but I got the hint. I gave them two stars because they were great with my 4yr old for her first few dental check ups and made it a positive experience for her- but dealing with the admistrative staff isn't worth the hassle."
