"Ordered 2 hoodies. One came correct one was done incorrectly, it was missing a letter. Hoodies were okay, they’re Gildan heavy blend. Out of the package it seemed a little thin. Anyway, It has been over a week. They said they would handle the incorrect hoodie, w/ their expenses. I asked how we planned on going about this, do I send it back? Are you making a new one? Finally after 4 emails they said “ Hello, we will send overa label” (copied&pasted from my email) & I asked “Okay. Thanks. When will it be sent? I really need the hoodie to be before Christmas.” That was On nov 25. It’s now dec 2 & this is still unresolved. This is getting ridiculous & annoying. I asked for a refund. Not sure how that will go, I’m sure they’ll either say no or no response. UPDATE: it had been a communication fault on their end. They sent a new hoodie, everything was correct, & I sent the incorrect one back. If they get their customer service tweaked to where it flows a bit smoother I think the reviews would be a bit better along w/ customer satisfaction. Not the best shopping experience but definitely glad the error was corrected in the long run! Would probably order again!"
"I ordered 2 different things from this store. Nothing was true to size, almost 2 sizes too small it felt. I wear a medium and both things I've ordered were almost like an extra small. Their return policy is ridiculous. Def won't waste money here again."
"LOVE their clothes but the customer service is awful. I bought a dress and wore it once, and while I was out, I noticed the threading coming out of the smocking. I've emailed CS with videos and photos and then they stopped responding. EDIT - i just checked my mail and they sent me a new dress. just was unaware because CS stopped responding."
"I was nervous about customer service after reading some previous reviews, but my personal experience was good! I ordered 3 items, but one came flawed. I was just going to request a refund via PayPal, but was reached out to personally and was able to get a proper replacement for it (it was a personalized item). I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful!"
"I ordered the Confetti White Lace Maxi on 12/23. I ordered a Small. Loved it but I couldn't zip it past about mid back. I shipped it back with a prepaid UPS shipping label back to me. I followed up a month later and was told they had emailed me a invoice on 1/14. I do not have this email. They resent the invoice which I went ahead and paid even though I was annoyed at having to pay something else to get the dress back to me. A day or so later I received confirmation it was being sent USPS. I followed up with customer service to find out why they did not use my UPS label and to clarify what the $10 invoice charge had been for (should have done so beforehand..my mistake) and I was told that they ship USPS so they can keep track of the shipping. When I question why they didn't copy the tracking information off the label I provided they said they did not receive the label in my package to them, which I know was in there. They asked for a copy of the label so I sent back a picture of the prepaid label receipt. I haven't heard back from them again. I did receive the dress back today in what is supposed to be a medium but I swear it is the exact same dress as it fits the exact same way and will not zip completely. It even has a loose string like the small did. Since contacting customer service was fruitless with shipping I am just leaving this review to maybe help someone else to think twice and save their money before ordering."
