"My 65 year old mother came by in search of discarded cardboard boxes this morning. She was told by the employee with the rolling cart of broken down cardboard boxes she could wait and go get them from the dumpster later. It doesn't take anything to be kind or polite. Don't worry , she went across the street to Dollar General where she was handed several boxes with a smile and that's where we will be taking our business from now on. Oh and the worker at Dollar General commented that she hears all the time that the staff at the family dollar are rude."
