"The CLR early childhood staff make communication with parents a big priority and are very loving toward my child. They always make time to address my concerns and answer my questions. They seem to be good at avoiding complacency and pursuing positive change. Even though visibility into the classroom has been restricted due to DHS covid regulations, they partner closely with parents to still form relationships and reassure you that your child is in good hands. There has been staff turnover in our time there but, from an outside perspective, the working conditions seem to be positive."
