"Stop stereotyping people you never know what position or how much money someone makes"

"I’ll give the store a one start but it’s only for the nice cashier that tried to help my sister and I find distilled water to use in a CPAP machine. Our first thought was to get back in my car and leave! The store had two cars in the parking lot that was very trashy and metal bars on the doors and windows. We walked into the store only to again think go back to my car. The store was just a cluster of open boxes and trash on the floors and isles blocked with boxes and products to go on the shelves. There was little to no products on shelves and we had a hard time finding an employee to assist us. They had not distilled water in the store, so we left. I’ve worked in many places and I’d be scared to admit that I was an employee at this store, especially a manager that couldn’t keep her store clean and stocked. Just a placed that needs shut down and under new managers and employees. I should have stuck to get back in my car and go. I know this store is in a bad area but it could be better to serve customers that don’t have ways to go anywhere else. Especially families staying at places like the 20th Century Lodge for Cancer patients and a family member while they receive treatments for their cancer. These families come from not just Arkansas but many other states for care and it’s hard enough for them to be away for weeks or longer from their homes and family. So shopping is not easy for them either when they don’t know where to go, so having a nice clean dollar store to get to easily is a blessing. Please get it organized and cleaned up and you may have more customers. God Bless!"
"I never imagined I'd be making a review for a dollar store, but here it is. I'd say most dollar stores in the southern USA states are a dysfunctional mess with everything being unorganized and the staff hating life. Well, not at this location. I was greeted at the door by a staff holding it open for me - I thought 'cool, he's on his way out'. Inside the store, the shelves were organized in a coherent fashion, well-stocked & orderly. I was looking for an item but couldn't recall the word for it so asked staff. She was super friendly and knew exactly what I was referring to. While at the register, I realized the guy that greeted me at the door was in fact holding it open for all customers entering/exiting. I realize this is probably designed as a loss-prevention tactic and that's cool, it's brilliant, a lovely touch for (paying customers). This was the only time I ever walked out of a FD thinking "well that was a nice experience". So shout out to you folks for rocking it!!"
"This store is right down the street from me, in the past I took a hiatus from it do to, poor management overall. Recently, news about their central warehouse made headlines. They seemed to have a rodent infestation, including rodent fecal material, dead animals... This warehouse is where they..restock the store from. I wondered why the shelves we're so bare recently. It's unclear if store employees knew what was going on, or not. What is clear, these conditions had been going on for some time, and I don't appreciate that, safety should always be a priority over.. Profit. Only in store problems I've had, people at the register, some of them are polite, greet, or thank you for coming, and some should have never been hired in the first place. I was going to give this location more stars, but that news turns my stomach. Please carefully consider who.. you give your business to, cooperations only care about their bottom line, and not much else."
