"Steak was cooked wrong and sent back. It takes 8 minutes to cook it the way it was ordered. 32 minutes later and still didn't have it and when waitress (Lori) was asked where it was because everyone else at table was finished she screamed "I didn't cook it wrong and we're busy"! I realize things are hectic but you slide something over and throw the steak on. Her job is to make sure it's done timely and to NOT yell at a customer. She refused to return to the table after this episode. VERY unprofessional"

"GREAT STAFF AND KIND WAITRESSES. The food has always been great here and continues to be great. I had also accidentally left my retainer in a napkin (I know very silly of me) and I went back 10 min after leaving and they searched for it until they found it 30 min later. The manager was looking for it and a couple of other staff members. They saved me 300$ and I also learned a valuable lesson. Tori was our server and she was nice :)"

"A bit pricey, but the food is good. Not worth the price and their pay terminal tries to force a huge tip when I pay. I prefer to tip in cash directly to the person who works out table than pay the company to do it. In other words, I figure the company can pay the workers enough without tricking me into paying a massive tip combined with their somewhat overpriced menu."

"Ordered a couple burgers after waiting for quite a while, my wife’s bean burger was burned, both burgers had soggy brown lettuce. Our server was rude, she never refilled our drinks. Sadly this is the second time we’ve been to this establishment and both times have been less than pleasant. We will not be returning."
