PPMN 218:

"Had a crow put on a tooth that had a root canal from a different dentist. Crown was put on crooked and now food gets stuck in between my teeth. When I went back for a cleaning, they scheduled me for exrays on that tooth, and when I questioned why, I was told it was standard after a root canal. I told the hygienist that I had a crown, not a root canal, she still pushed for exrays. I refused and received the most aggressive teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. I never went back!"
