"I’m really surprised at how bad the service was here. The food was fantastic but the cashier was extremely quiet and didn’t care I couldn’t hear him. He didn’t care I was there once so ever. The girl that made my sandwich tossed it on the counter and said “here you go” to a room full of people. I asked if it was mine and they just looked at me. So I took it out to the car. It wasn’t mine but I ate it anyway because it wasn’t my mistake. It was a good sandwich."

"The food was great and the people were nice. You could tell that 2 of them were new and being trained. I don’t think they had made my sandwich before, so it took a while, but accuracy is more important than speed for me. Only complaint is that I didn’t get to put my number in the machine for my app points. Still, a good experience."

"So to be clearly honest, Firehouse has the best fast food subs in town, we don't have tons of options but they are good. I usually order the Hero dub (picture), most of the time is great. The one down side, is, they are not the fastest place in town either, even on an empty store as you see in the pics, it takes 10 to 15 mins to get a sub order out and by then your chips are gone. Also, this is not location specific, but I do think a med combo should not be $13, but call me old fashioned. $13 gets me a nice meal in most sit down restaurants. So, unless you are in a hurry or have a hard time spending $10 minimum for a combo, then yeah."
