Neumeier's Rib Room

"If you're really into rolling stones, and domestic bottled beer, with decent BBQ. This is your spot! The ribs were super good, which I would hope being the rib room, providing a perfect amount of flavor options, and tenderness to each bite. The rest I would say leaves to be desired. It's odd providing and displaying a beer garden and then having only 2 beers on tap. The brisket was incredibly dry. I got two sides, fried okra and coleslaw. The okra was pretty good and had the right amount of crunch and flavor. The coleslaw I felt could've been strained a bit more but was still extremely flavorful and a different take on southern coleslaw that I'm used to. Different but great. Out of 10 this place is a solid 7ish area. Good for family and meet-up spot, but by no means a stay for the drinks and vibe place."

"Passing through Fort Smith, we stopped for a quick bite the food was DELICIOUS. the ribs were so tender & flavorful, loaded potato was generously topped & perfectly cooked. The service was very lovely too, our waitress was sweet and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere! If you love good music, you'll enjoy all the various bands, albums, instruments the place is adorned with. Overall, great experience!"

"This place is absolutely freaking delicious. The BBQ is smoked perfectly. We tried the wings, the brisket spud, the ribs, and the banana pudding. Even as I type this review, I am salivating about their brisket spud. This location is totally adorable and in a fun historic district. If you are ever in town or passing through Fort Smith, Arkansas. You should add this place to your must try place."

"Took a ride on the Harley, looked up restaurants in Ft. Smith, and this place caught my attention! We stopped in for lunch and a "cold one." I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries, my guy had the sliced brisket sandwich with onion rings. The smoke flavor in my sandwich was superb! I didn't add any sauce (available on the table) because I just wanted to savor that delicious and moist pulled pork! And what a great portion of it on my very fresh bun! The sliced brisket was also very good according to my partner; he added some of the BBQ sauce from the bottle with the red lid and commented that he thought it had "a little kick to it!" The heap of fries were quite tasty; my partner said he was sorry he didn't order fries also as his onion rings were a bit overdone. The service was great - we were greeted right away and were able to choose where we wanted to sit. Our orders were taken quickly, and the wait was short for our meals. When asked if we saved room for dessert, I was surprised my guy actually asked if they had banana pudding (it's a favorite from his childhood, having been born and raised for a time in Arkansas). We both ordered the banana pudding. I thought it was decent, certainly tasty; my guy said it "wasn't like Mom made, but it was okay." The building is full of music memorabilia, bright, with a really nice vibe to it. We will definitely be back!"

"Well if your going to Neumeier's Rib Room you might as well have the ribs. That's what they're famous for and we weren't disappointed. The ribs were moist and smoked to perfection. The seasonings on the ribs almost had me licking them before biting into them. Very good. Onion rings were also a great side. The waitress was hard to find at times when we needed her. Overall I would go back just to eat their ribs, again and again."
