"A pretty standard Taco Bell experience. I prefer this location over the one close to ATU. It's less busy and the servers are a lot more attentive. This location has switched over to contactless ordering. This means that you access the menu and place your order through a tablet at the front. This could potentially be a frustration if you are not tech-savvy or are paying with cash. Servers at this location will be happy to serve you however, if those listed are an issue."

"The Taco Bell next to ATU used to be the best Taco Bell in town, over the past few minutes they have been slipping big time, sloppy ice cool food, missing items, rude customer service. My new favorite is this on on Elmira, food is always fresh and their customer service is awesome. Keep it up guys/gals!!"

"Don't come late at night. Just because they are open doesn't mean you won't spend an hour in drive thru after hours. They make the food after you pay so good luck if someone in front of you orders 2 30 taco packs. Taste wise; it's tacobell. It's as good as the cheese can be"

"Went by there on my way home from work and ordered a steak. Grilled cheese burrito got home and it was a beef grilled cheese burrito… still tasted OK but not what I was expecting or wanted."

"Store was clean but It ends there. I told then that my order was wrong and they refused to help. Plus I had to shout for their attention witch isn't right. There is no Customer care if your in the dinning room so I suggest the drive thru if you want good care. On to our food the Doritos taco was smashed they did replace it. But thats were it stopped. They out right refused to replace my chalupa. I used to go here all the time I even worked at this location used love it even after I left, but I'll not be returning until stuff is fixed I'll go across town instead."
