"Love their clothes, but don’t do curbside pickup. I’ve been checked in waiting for 15 minutes and had to call and see if they were actually bringing my stuff out. I was told they had no idea I was here. So they don’t look for people checking in through the app like it tells you to do. Employee was borderline rude about it too. UPDATE: I got home and the wrong item was in my bag. Called the store and they had me come back in to return what I was given and reorder the correct item. Got their names as well, I believe it was Relica? super sweet on the phone and in person, she was the one who apologized for the situation. The other employee Emalee was the one with attitude. Came across rude and like I was the problem to her. They also told me that whoever packed my order would’ve had to scan the item and it would’ve told them it was the wrong item. The whole online order store pickup seems a bit unorganized. I appreciate them fixing the issue so quickly though."

"I was there yesterday (Feb 11th), and the employees were AMAZING. They were all helpful, polite, and acted like they cared about doing their jobs (AND making customers happy). That is so rare these days; they deserve a shout-out. I didn't catch everyone's name, but I know "Abby" happily grabbed me some jeans when she was super busy. I appreciated all the help and good attitudes. Great work... I hate shopping for jeans, and this crew made it pretty much painless. Thanks!"

"I love the store it's a great place to buy kids clothes teenagers I take my grandchildren there for school clothes shopping they really have some great deals some things are a little high but usually I get out of there at a pretty good price and everyone is friendly very helpful I would recommend it"

"Great experience, found everything we were looking for and most of it was on sale. I've become a fan of their flex jeans, very comfortable and has that worn look and feel. The button down shirt I purchased was quite heavy fabric and too had that worn look and feel. The sales clerk found the sizes I needed and was very helpful is suggesting other items I might be interested in purchasing, without being pushy. Would shop here again!"
