"We have been using another pizza place for the last 15 years. The pizza far exceeded the quality of pizza hut's exact same pie. Pizza Hut's tomato in the sauce was sour and bitter, a sign that the tomatoes were not ripe when processed, they were green and lacked enough natural sugar to take the acidity down to a digestible, mild level. The crust (deep dish) was hardly "deep", but the flavor was good. The Italian sausage, green pepper and mushrooms were fine. The worst part of our experience was that we ordered it online for delivery to our home. We made sure we were ordering from the right store, and put our delivery address on the order. The pie and wings were delivered to another state. When I caught the error, I got a weak apology and no refund. I was just told to order them over the phone from our local store, which we did for another $57.00. Terrible customer service! Pizza Hut owes me $57.00!"
