"We have several locations in my community and the older one is great aside from longer wait times occasionally, but the newer one not so great. The newer location has an extremely rude crew including the manager. They also always seem to have an issue with their system to the point that the line will be backed up. It seems like they don't want to deal with customers and only want people to use the self checkout register. I only visit the newer location when I can't get the items that I need at another location. The Overcup location is a GREAT store if you are in the area. The manager, Stephanie, is AMAZING and EXTREMELY helpful. I definitely recommend the Overcup DG with 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Went there the other night to get a few things I needed. A man who worked there named Sean had the best customer service out of all the times I’ve been to a store. Asked if I needed help finding anything and seemed genuinely happy to be working and helping. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service."
