"They worked on our 2016 Town and Country. The dent repair they did was fine. When we went to pick it up it wouldn't start, and was getting a "Broken Key" message. I would think it was a coincidence, but during the dent repair they called to ask if we had any issues with our sliding door controls (we hadn't), they said they weren't working after they had opened the passenger door up for dent repair. They said they would replace a module, and it was never brought up again. I believe they did something that damaged the module in the sliding door and the antenna module. They replaced one, but not the other. They had a tech at a dealership look at it, but deceptively asked only if it could be related to the original dent, and not the subsequent work they did on the electronics. I will never bring another vehicle there. Their failure to own up to this damage reveals a moral failing in their management. I repair equipment for a living as well, and would NEVER return broken equipment to a customer and tell them it wasn't my problem when the problem originated in my possession."

"Great service and fast mechanical work. It only took 30 min to replace a headlight assembly that a hawk took out. I felt sad for the loss of the hawk but Quality Auto Body took great care of the damage."
