"avoid at all costs. Will lie on the billing and payments made. Try to extort more money out of you. then lie about payments made. then send you an edited document claiming even with said payments the price is accurate even though it clearly is edited and conflicts with their own billing statement. Total bill supposed to be 1600~ roughly. I made payments of 570.20. Plus a payment of 219. They show only the 219$ payment on statement and demand 1444$ more from me. I show receipts for payments. They email edited document claiming I still owe 1444$ absolute scam artists avoid at all costs."
"Jocelynn was friendly and thorough, and I'm kind of relieved she used old school dental tools, as the sonic cleaner I've had at other dentists gave me headaches and ringing in my ears the rest of the day after a cleaning. I'm very happy with Aspen Dental. They are pretty easy to schedule with, and everyone in the office is super helpful. A few months ago, they helped get me set up with CareCredit to pay for my daughter’s dental care when the cost was much higher than I was expecting, and I'm so grateful for their patience, and being willing to continue with the appointment while I worked out the financial part, instead of making us reschedule when she was in pain. Before our first visit(s), I was hesitant about going with a national chain, but it definitely feels like a hometown dentist when I walk in the door."
"The billing will try and not count any cash payments you make. I was lucky that I kept receipts for my payments. But even getting a hold of a human to discuss the billing issue is nearly impossible. Been on hold for over a half hour. Made a cash payment of 570$ and the bill I got sent says I only ever made a payment of 219$ making it so I owe 1444.40 when my total bill on the receipt when I paid the cash payment says only 1608 total. What a scam. The dental work was ok. But the billing and front desk will intentionally try and steal your money from payments and then send you a full bill without any of your payments on the credit line"
"Do not go to these crooks! I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth pulled. Everything seemed good till I talked to billing. $1348 they soaked me and my insurance for pulling A tooth. The pain made me not care at the time. Then, It was "recommended" that I do an extensive cleaning after this, for only $3577!! Total bill was $19000 for everything and wanted to try get me approved for it and pay right there. Nah! Same thing happened with the wife 3 years ago getting a partial. Had to charge it right away, and for work that wasn't even done yet. Then got double charged and paid interest on that too. She also had the extensive cleaning and was $600 at that time. Absolutely nuts! Shoulda known better but only place I could get in... O, I even had an electric toothbrush on the estimate for $135, which poster in my room said free but was never mentioned anyways.. crooks I tell ya"
"I was in desperate need of an extraction and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in. I found the Aspen Dental site, applied for the plan they offer for those with no insurance and then I set up my appointment online without talking to anyone. I arrived to my same-day appointment, filled out regular paperwork and then the adventure began. The Staff was attentive and checked in with me frequently on how I was doing. I got several x-rays, a comprehensive exam and then met with my Dentist. She explained what the X-rays revealed and co formed I only wished to deal with one tooth today. We agreed on the procedure and shortly thereafter I got my extraction. The had quoted me one price but it ended up being $125 less as it was non surgical. The biller brought me back to her office where I paid and then she went over the suggested care, offering payment options, which I requested to hold off on.she told me they’re there for me if I change my mind. My experience from beginning to end was positive. I’ll go back."
