"I paid for my wedding dress in January. I was told that their seamstress could dye my dress no problem. Had not heard anything by March. I called and texted their seamstress and she had not even started on my dress. I was told it would have to wait till prom and Debs were over because those girls needed their dresses sooner... Still nothing by April. Saw first dye samples and the end of April. By may I had been pushed back again because of family issues. Finally in June I was told I would have it by the first week of June. Then I was told July 21st because she had to sell her house. Finally received my dress...well it's purple not black. Now I'm out $500 and have no dress. Because I won't wear a purple dress when my colors are burgundy blush and black. Thanks for wasting 6 months of my time and my money."

"Ordered tuxes for our boys prom 2 weeks before prom was promised it would arrive that following Monday. Come Thursday still no tuxes. We are still waiting and he has no clue where they are and keeps leaving the shop early for other events. Prom is Saturday and now we have no tuxes and no one else has any and trying to come up with other plans. This place is a joke and we will be asking for our 400 dollars back if tuxes are not here tomorrow"

"I bought my wedding dress at Rebekah Lane in the summer of 2019. I used the seamstress that works for Rebekah Lane. I gave them my dress before spring break (mid March). They did not get it back to me until 10 days before my wedding (May 21st) (We also had to do about four dress fittings). When I got my dress back, it was not fitted properly. It was wrinkled, had ruffles that shouldn’t have been there, and it looked awful on me. They also didn’t have the suits in for our groom and groomsmen until 3 days before the wedding. One suit didn’t fit because the worker didn’t write the measurements down correctly. However, he didn’t give us any refund for my dress or for the wrong sized suit. Service was slow, disappointing, and made the weeks before my wedding much more stressful than it should have been."

"I had the best experience! Brian helped me find my wedding dress, he also gave me numbers for alterations, hair and makeup, and also spray tans. He also showed us the tuxes and suit options. I can't say enough good things! I was very nervous about looking for a wedding dress and he made me feel so comfortable!"
