"I showed up for an appointment (5 minutes early, to be sure I was on time). I am generally very forgiving, but after waiting nearly 45 minutes to be seen, I finally asked what the delay was. It was then made apparent someone had been waiting even longer than I had. Myself and this other patient both cancelled our appointments. This type of service is incredibly unprofessional and shows an immense lack of care for their patient’s time. Staff hardly offered so much as an apology. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere."

"I have never been here but watching today how they treated the garbage people I wouldn’t trust them. The truck was backed up to the sidewalk and three vehicles all pulled in front of the truck and parked. The entitlement I saw was enough for me to say I would never use them. If that’s how they treat others trying to work how would they treat me as a customer. I’m a firm believer of do unto others as you would have done to you. This behaviour was beyond selfish I was mad for the people on the truck."

"My husband had an appointment and he showed up at the time the card said his appointment was. When he showed up they said he missed his appointment that his appointment was earlier that day and told him he can't be seen anymore by them. Maybe they should write more clear or readable so people will be able to show up when it should be and not take it on him since it was their mistake."

"Beware of any negative comments you may make. They will retaliate and in my experience discriminated against my minority minor child. My daughter was pre approved 100% by insurance for orthodontics. My daughter simply expressed how uncomfortable and upset she was that their staff were loudly talking about her in the next room. Parent was in a different area with another younger sibling and also was not aware she had left the review fyi..but was aware of daughters treatment and how upset she was after leaving appointment . I received a letter stating my daughter was not welcome for any dental services due to her online review, they even sent me a copy of this review which was not derogatory and frankly was one of the better examples of positive criticism compared to the others. A minor child does not deserve to be treated this way. The office didn’t even attempt to contact me to ask why she felt he privacy was disrespected. They either need to invest in some actual doors for patients rooms, or teach their staff about how medical confidentiality really works. The chatter from all the staff was indeed very loud. This all happened a year ago now, but I see that with the current score they have, that nothing has probably changed. Their review average is far more important than treating kids with dignity and respect."
