"Just got told the drive thru was “cash only” and they couldn’t give me my mobile order I placed an hour before, or refund my points for it? The guy behind the window was writing down people’s orders while the “system was down” but couldn’t take down my order code? Absolutely ridiculous."

"I wish I could give no stars every single time that I get off my late shift from work I sometimes want some fries to eat so I got something in my stomach so I can just go to sleep when I get home and not be sick in the morning. But they always have lines of car build up cause they don’t take any drive thru orders for 15-20 mins i thought drive through was the quickest option but at this point I’m wasting my time and money at this location cause they’re nvr efficient at the night shift. Once you get to the order window u wait another 5-20 mins.These employees need a pay cut cause they don’t deserve anything over minimum wage including the management on shift cause they’re obviously not doing their job correctly of delegating"

"This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I hang out here a lot since I work nearby. All the employees are so nice that even if I'm having a bad day, my mood usually eases when I'm here. They're always friendly and work hard. Today one of them complimented my art since I was doodling. It really made my week as I've been feeling down about my art. I'm glad this place is around, I think I'd be a lot grumpier without the kindness of the people who work here"

"I’m not one to complain much, I get fast food jobs are some of the most stressful jobs out there. But I got to the drive threw at 4:44 and didn’t leave until 5:15 because they forgot to prepare for breakfast… they let me pay pretty early on so I was just stuck there until I got my food. Pretty upsetting I can’t lie"
