"So I took a risk and tried this Sonic yesterday. I should have listened to the warnings but I thought I could stop by quickly for a burrito and coffee before an event. Nope. I ordered at a parking spot, paid, and after ten minutes it finally said on the screen it was being brought out. It never came. So we buzzed them and asked. She acted like she had no clue and said it would come out soon. Then another order appears on our screen. Then it's deleted. What the heck is happening here? 15 minutes later, when we were about to leave b/c now I was about to be late, she showed up and gave us our food with a huge drink that I did not order (I ordered a med but was charged for a xl?). But we didn't have time to fix that issue too. Won't be back. Try a different location if you must have Sonic. This location is unorganized, understaffed (I assume), and very hectic."

"Ordered ahead online. Order was correct and lady at window was great! Was a bit upset with my 5 piece tender dinner. I got 5 pieces but only 1 tender was longer than 3inches! No joke. Couldn't believe I paid almost $10 for the tenders to be roughly 1.5inX2in or less. Was in a hurry or I would have asked for a replacement. Not the workers fault but could have thrown in a few more tenders being that small. Prob won't return to this Sonic."
