Furthermore, I was given no previous knowledge about any issues with my account balance, which has added to my dissatisfaction. I believe it's important for healthcare professionals to provide clear and accurate information, and unfortunately, I did not receive this level of service here. I hope the office can improve their communication for future patients."

"We were 10 minutes late to her appointment but they were still nice to us even though I thought it was at 3:30 instead of 3:20. Brittney was extremely nice to my child (especially when she kept talking during the cleaning). I was glad she put a smile on my face and the lady at the desk that help me pay for her treatment was very nice as well. Great service, great people and I will miss you guys when we move. Will never forget our experience here and I appreciate the doctor as well, he was very nice to my child too when she was having trouble staying still lol. "When I was younger I had a dentist that really wasn't very nice, no matter what you really came in for, so for a long time, I've never enjoyed the dentist. 3 years ago I split a molar and was dealing with the pain for quite a while. I decided it was time to get it done and prepared myself for a rough time. I can't begin to say how wrong I was. Dakota Dental was simply amazing back then, nice, courteous, gentle, and responsive to any needs. I now go to this company only. My most recent visit a few days ago was after I simply didn't have the time to visit in around 3 years and they were still the same people. I can't recommend a kinder, personal, and driven group than Dakota Dental for your dental needs. These people rock!"

"I absolutely love the care I receive at Dakota Dental. The entire staff is welcoming, the facilities are well kept, and the equipment they use is modern and up to date. When I recently got my teeth cleaned, the hygienist explained everything she was doing, showed me areas where my brushing could improve, and even gave me a detailed explanation of preventative care that fit MY lifestyle. Whenever I have work done on my teeth (that isn't a routine cleaning) they always call the next day to make sure that I'm not having any discomfort and that there aren't any complications. When visiting, they always provide you a detailed and accurate quote beforehand, explain your insurance coverage, and answer any other questions you may have. From assistants to the actual doctors, the staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. I've been going here for almost three years now and every visit is consistent."
