Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar - Siloam Springs

"Update on my rating. I went there to celebrate this last weekend. First, the host was bothered because they had to wipe off a booth instead of sitting at a 'high top'. The waitress complained loudly about being 'triple sat' blissfully unaware our table was next to the kitchen and we could hear her. She proceeded to greet all 3 tables. She forgot to put in our order, forgot my drink, we were constantly asking for things, then my steak was over cooked. The steak was the worst part. She didn't ask me to cut into the steak so that should have been my first sign. She offered to take my steak back but we already waited so long. No one apologized or came to ask how things went. The appetizer was good but I won't return. I absolutely won't recommend."

"I came here last night. First time from out of town. Ordered the 10oz center cut, medium rare, side Cesar salad. Entree came with loaded mashed potatoes,(really good), and steamed vegetables, which were green and yellow squash, (again, really good). My steak was a perfect, medium rare. Nice cut of meat, seasoned, and I’m to begin to sound redundant, but seasoned perfectly. No sauce needed to hide taste imperfections. My waiter last night Ian at the bar, who took excellent care of me. Attentive but not overly so. Today. I came in after my job, which brought me to Siloam Springs, and ordered the same thing again. Duplicate experience. The only difference was the server, Tasha, at the bar, who was the perfect hostess. Took excellent care of me, the patron. Dinner was perfect. I highly recommend Big Whiskeys for a perfectly seasoned steak, great salad and an atmosphere that can’t be beat."

"Just had a late lunch and can’t rave about this establishment enough. Best food, service, atmosphere I’ve encountered in years. The baby back ribs and covered fries went far beyond expectations. Ian was gracious and professional, very friendly and actually seemed glad to be of service. This place would get 10 stars if I was able. Kudos to the owners and staff and management. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Siloam Springs. You’re my new favorite!!!!!"

"This was a great experience, happy hour is 3-6 with a full bar. I had an old fashioned which was made just right. I was going to get the steak but I was feeling like pork chops at the moment still a great choice. The loaded mashed potatoes are a nice touch. Lots of room and TV's, they also have a projector screen. Outdoor patio seating. Didn't have to wait for a seat. The waitress was kind and professional always checking to see if we needed anything. Looks like great place for game day."
