"We looooove boot barn and all of their products and will happily spend money on them. so the company/products itself - 5 stars. but to this boot barn in particular? the staff is awful. they are always rude, we’ve been there multiple times and they act like we’re an inconvenience and annoying to them. and don’t get me started on their petty comments about ‘oh they can’t afford that’. my family has caught the staff saying sly comments about us not being able to afford the products multiple times, on multiple visits. they don’t give you the time of day, they’d rather ignore the customers and flirt with each other instead."
