"I called around to find an Anthropologie that carries their plus size line in store. When I reached the Anthropologie at Mall of America, I was met with a “No, we don’t carry plus sizes. We don’t have room for that.” comment which came off snarky and made me feel excluded from their brand identity. In reality, they probably don’t have space between the regular clothing line, home line, and bridal line that they do carry in store. I know it’s not the associates fault that their store doesn’t carry my size, but a kinder response would have been appreciated. Maybe sensitivity training for inclusive communication should be a priority. Please don’t say that you carry plus sizes if you don’t “have room” for us."

"Has always been a awesome store to browse. Prices can be higher end, though they do have clearance prices on some items. Staff that know how to do customer service. Tori (one of the supervisors) does a great job!"
