"I used to love coming to this casey’s a couple years ago, it was always clean and employees were nice. Every time I come in for breakfast they are completely understaffed and have usually 1 and rarely 2 employees working. I don’t blame the poor employee they have working but I do blame management because this place used to be wonderful and now it’s a trashed gas station with long lines and takes forever for food. Do better for us routine customers and your employees."

"Our family has always been a big fan of Casey's pizza. We moved from a town that had the best Casey's pizza around and expected a similar experience. While the pizza, in taste, is just as good at this Casey's, 80% of the time they get the order wrong. Last time I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese and a small pineapple. I got a large ALL pepperoni and a medium pepperoni and pineapple. Huh?! I've never called to complain before even though this has happened many times but I called this time. When I called to tell them the order was wrong, they told me to just bring in my receipt next time I order and they will comp it. How in the world are they going to do that? They never asked my name or anything. Honestly i just think they need to teach the kitchen staff how to read the orders and there would be no issues. Maybe we should just order cheese pizzas from here on out. But who knows, knowing our luck they will be pepperoni pizzas instead."

"Went to Casey's hoping to get some hot food. Every time I come to this location they have absolutely no hot food up. The kitchen workers are just standing around talking. The ovens are not running. I'm headed to Kwik Trip. I see the owner is responding to everybody with "corporate excuse speech." Don't reply, just put some food out for customers to buy."

"It’s astonishing that this is a new Casey’s. It’s somehow simultaneously new and run-down, which I didn’t think was possible. The community of Andover was excited when the old gas station was being renovated, it was needed. But this was done on the cheap, and shows. 6 pumps out of order tonight, which is pretty standard for this place. It’s a blight in Andover right next to our beautiful community center. It’s a shame really. I hate stopping here. The only reason it survives is that there is nothing else close. I wish it would close. I look forward to your generic response about “escalating my review to the Andover team”, just like you’ve said to all the other 1 star reviews in the last 2 years."

"12/8 No gas at all! Worst "gas station" EVER! Filthy. Gas spewed out of the hose all over my car almost on my shoe! Looks like they don't care at all. Go elsewhere if possible. 12/31 does anyone clean this place, ever? 1/10 7 of 10 gas pumps out of service, employees clueless as to why. Trash spewing out of every receptacle. Nasty place."
