"Extremely disappointing customer service experience! I visited on October 2, 2023, around 7 p.m., and the service was subpar. I purchased shoes for my daughter, but they were too tight. When I returned to exchange them for a larger size, the staff member's reaction was unprofessional, including laughter, and they refused to accommodate my request."

"I asked for the shoes that were on sale and he said I do not have them in that color. How about this color? So I said sure and then the next thing you know they're not on sale. They're $170. I think that's called bait and switch isn't it? The guy must be commission paid. Thanks for trying to rip me off."

"More of a younger persons store. I personally like the stock. I love Jordan and Nike brands. Its all I really want to ever wear. They do not carry larger sizes so if you are big you are SOL."

"Received bad service! The tall biracial guy is a total tool. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in because the tool guy was busy talking to a non paying customer. The other worker was busy helping someone else. I had to ask for help. I had to wait for service. Total ghetto foot locker with ghetto workers! I get better service at Walmart! Won't be shoping here again. Next!"
