Unsure of the process I had a ton of questions and they were patient and answered every single one. Helped with the details of price break down, insurance , accessories for my phone as well as verifying my employee account for my job. I immensely appreciate all the work they did to make this a smooth experience for me, as I am easily overwhelmed"

"AT&T is going to see me in there today because my phone is still on SOS mode and it’s 8:50 in the morning and I can’t make no calls and I’m not paying no $200 a month for service I can’t use I have a child that’s about to have surgery tomorrow I got another child that’s missing right now possibly dead I need my phone service and I’m not paying $200 a month for this service that I can’t use Y’all got me messed up so I’ll see you at the store today and I want a full refund because this is ridiculous"

"My Galaxy S10 was nearing the end of its life and I tried to do an online help but that person did not provide the right information. So I went to the store at central ave. Bryant was assisting me. He was so polite and patient. He went through the current deal with Samsung, walked me through step by step. He set up my phone, did all the data transfer, even put on the case and screen protector for me. My gosh, he saved me a lot of stress. He deserves a raise! I'm so glad he was there to help. "I went to a different location (St. Anthony) to pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro and transfer services to AT&T, but was basically turned away by the guy there (Mark). I came to this location, and the manager Sammie went wayyyy above and beyond to not only pre-order the phones but also hook me up with the best deals possible. I was seriously about to pull my hair out of frustration from trying to do the process myself initially online and because of my bad experience with the St. Anthony store. But then Sammie made the whole process so seamless and easy at this location, even with my complex situation. I could quite literally worship the ground that Sammie walks on; I was so happy with her customer service and highly impressed with her multi-tasking and people skills. She deserves the world and more for all the effort she puts in to helping customers."
