"I am very frustrated today. Its a saturday and i was trying to shop today. We got her and there were no carts at all so we decided to eat first. Despite over half the soda taps not working and the icecream machine not working the meal itself was good. So after eating i go to grab a cart but still none. They had some in the middle for online shopping i guess but was told i could not use any of the many empty carts there but was told by an employee to go find my own cart out in the parking lot. We will be going to Costco the from now on. Very poor customer service here. Employees are lazy."
