"I walked into the Caseys and the employee standing outside smoking did not acknowledge me or the fact that I held the door for him to walk in. I even said hi, he said nothing. I refilled my pop and walked to the counter where he continued to ignore me and look in a cabinet. When he finally went to ring me up he still did not say anything until I said "I refilled this". At that point he replied in a snotty voice "You didnt walk in here with no cup." I informed him that it was in my bag. He said nothing and charged me for a refill. I get that working at a gas station sucks but this is ridiculous. The service in this gas station in evenings and on weekends is subpar. To not say anything to me, openly ignore me then accuse me of theft is disgusting. If I was going to steal things I wouldnt be dumb enough to take them to the counter and try to pay something for them."

"Ordered a pizza, stood there by the counter for 15 minutes, finally someone came from the back. She thought the order was in an hour, not now. I had asked the cashier 3 times to go check for me and she wouldn't. If she would have, I could have gotten my pizza, but I didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes. I choose this store, as other stores had a 67 minute wait time."

"Alright, I never make reviews but this time I feel inclined to do so. The cashier was incredibly rude to me, when I asked for her to apply the discount on my items (the discount clearly stated on the sign above the item behind her) she stated “I don’t know what you want me to do”. It was like pulling teeth trying to get her to apply the discount. I was super nice to her, everybody has bad days; I get it. However, to be so rude to someone who is going out of their way to be overly nice to you, to help you have a good day… while you’re on the clock? In most instances I would call said person out but at this gas station in particular… the amount of bad experiences I have heard of; it was easier to just leave and not come back. "When approaching an employee assistance due to the other employee ignoring someone for 10 min, the correct response is not “well did he know you were waiting?” and “did you try shouting his name?” As if they’re even wearing name tags. Genuinely so baffled by this interaction. I, too, work customer service. Do better."

"I had to venture out after the snow for my 2 packs of juul, and was met with a friendly smile. I had Christmas music playing the cashier said you're listening to Christmas music yuck. I was like ok why she told me her sad story as to why she hates it. I explained why I liked it and we swapped stories, and it taught me even though I love the holidays not everyone does. She didn't ruin it for me it just gave me a different perspective on it that some people hate the holidays and, it's not joyous to everyone. So just be mindful that the holidays are not great for all, and not everyone celebrates the holidays!"
