"They give you a very lowball offer on your items, then they keep a brand new item and when you email them twice about it, they don't answer you at all. Very poor way of conducting business."

I recently sold 3 sets with tags still attached and a pair of like new boots. I was offered $6. I asked the girl helping me about how or who decides what to offer and was told it's computer generated. Of course, I am able to not accept the offer and move on but these items have just been sitting in a closet. I just want some enlightenment on how the offers work."

"Purchase or sell your gently used children's items here. The prices are a lot lower than what you would pay for the items newer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The carpeted aisles are easy to navigate as well. The selling process is fairly easy and can be done while you shop. The items available vary but I've seen strollers, swings, toys, bassinets, carriers, books, and of course clothes."
