Dairy Queen

"I like to get Dairy Queen every now and then, but this time the staff were SO unfriendly to me! I know being in the service industry is difficult, I've been there and done that, but they replied to a question I had about if they had a sauce or not with a snarky answer, and then said absolutely nothing and wouldn't look at me while I paid/got my food. I was polite and normal despite having my own bad day, and it made it so much worse that they were that unfriendly."

"I will not be coming here again. I stopped in to order a small Cookie Dough Blizzard, and the lady told me that would be $6.54. I kinda stumbled and asked her to repeat that, assuming I heard wrong. I did not, and her reaction showed that she agreed with my disbelief. I walked out. I was at a Dairy Queen in FL last week, and I ordered 4 hot dogs, a small cone, small malt, a medium blizzard, and with a tip, the total was under $20."

"Staff is hit or miss with kindness here. The food is also hit or miss. It's also super expensive for mediocre food. You will spend just as much as you would eating out and getting a decent burger or going downtown to get fresh home made ice cream."

"Customer service today has really gone down hill. The teenage boy that was at the drive thru spilled strawberry sauce all over the driver side door of my truck and did not even apologize."

"Food was ok. Unfortunately had the worst experience ever, I have never written a review until now, a young girl with glasses & facial piercings, very many bracelets & black hair was very rude so I was a little rude back because to me it was disrespectful, never told me have a nice day, walked away and she turned around to look thinking I wasn’t looking. Spit in my ice cream & gave it to me with a smile didn’t say nothing again. Please talk to this employee because this isn’t great customer service, because of her I will not be coming back."
