"****EDITED**** WSI did reach out seemingly after seeing this review and made good by exchanging the product! NEVER will I purchase another product from this company. WORST customer service ever! My purchase of a pair of gloves was horrible. They finally responded after 3 emails. All they said was, what is the purchase order #. I told them I bought them locally and just wanted someone to take a look at them. Never heard from them again even after 2 more emails to them. I tried calling there and the phone tree doesn't have a customer service ext., so no response. Once they have your money they don't care. I am quite sure there was some type of quality control issue with them as they were size XL and the end of the thumb came to the size of a small at best. I didn't notice when I bought them but as soon as my husband tried them on he was like, are these for real? I had purchased them early as a gift so couldn't return them so just wanted to have the company take a look at them. As you can see in the picture something seems to be wrong with that tiny thumb. But apparently they don't care."

"Made in USA earns multiple stars right there. Still, I have always had a pleasant experience with WSI and enjoy their products. The light, long sleeve t-shirts are particularly popular with my family. Better than UnderArmour! I'm a competitive skier and their cold weather gear regulates body core temperature quite effectively."

"Has no issues with TUT Outdoor posting videos making fun of old fisherman who are likely learning how to fish. Publicly shaming them in large Facebook groups for views. Doesn’t promote a healthy view of the sport for new fishermen and women."
