Dairy Queen Grill & Chill 3200 20th Street South, Fargo, ND 58104

"I stopped in at 9:10PM and staff said they stop serving food at 9:00PM yet they are open until 10PM. Three female employees were blaring trashy rap music with excessive profanity easily heard throughout the dining area (The same females have done this the last 2 times I have been in the dine in area.) I made a complaint to the manager (Jose Estrada) who said he was extremely sorry and would send a gift certificate. 13 days had passed so I emailed again. He said he would send it and he was very sorry once again. It has now been 6 days since the last email and still nothing in the mail. What happened to this location? It used to be a great place and it's become a trashy establishment that I don't want to patronize any longer after 15+ years. To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement."

"Stopped at the Dairy Queen at 5 after 10 they were supposed to open at 10 I called them at 10:10 as we left an after several rings she finally answered Isaid don't you open at ten and the girl goes oh aren't the doors unlocked this is not very good business this is the third time in 2 weeks this happened to us. There's 2 people in there working and you don't know if your doors are unlocked come on!!!"

"Very unprofessional service. Took forever to get the order ready. I was told they were very busy preparing other orders when 2 of the staff members were visibly just standing around. Bad additude and very unappetizing lack of hygiene and in one of the staff especially. Not going back"

"Order was messed up. Wanted cheese curds instead of fries and a discount for a blizzard didn't get applied even though they scanned it. No napkins in the bag, employees rude, slammed the window and walked away after handing it to me. Not coming back. Always have bad experiences here and employees not doing their jobs."

"A bunch of rude teenagers with an attitude. My drive through order was all messed up and no one could give us an apology or empathy or a solution. 3 different teens who only gave us mad faces when it was totally their own mistake. This happened during night shift and I’m never coming back to that location again. That store needs an adult supervision."
