"I got a brownie and Oreo cupfection, and the brownies were super hard and when I bit into one it tasted like chalk. Way overpriced for something I barely ate. The cashier also wasn’t very friendly and seemed super annoyed with me and my client who has autism. Very sad."
"Cost $40 to get two my kids 6 peice tenders and small blizzards. Staff didn't want to he there. Food was barely warm when we got it. Have issues everytime we go there. Cost to much and unfriendly staff. No thank you. Will not be going back there again!!"
"In One word: Horrible! I visited the store on West Acres Mall, Fargo North Dakota yesterday and I have never been so coldly treated. The Staff awful: no uniforms,no identification batches to call them by their names. A middle age woman with a disgusting looking face toward customers. One thing I will not recommend, the 4 and 6 piece roasted chicken with french fries ( tasteless both the chicken and the fries) I was not going to mention the price, but when I found later a whole roasted chicken in Walmart for a little over 3 dollars: I have to say that this basket for more than 10 dollars is abusive! Good luck; but I don't know how you are still in business!"
"I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket around 2 p.m. on 6.11.23. I waited for about 15 minutes, watching multiple orders placed after mine go out. I finally went up to the counter to ask how much longer my order would take. Within a minute I had my food. It was pretty clear to me that my order was either misplaced or just over looked. There was no apology or acknowledgment on how or why my food took so long to get to me. The fries were cold and the bread was soggy. I wasn’t expecting the best meal on Earth, but having warm, fresh food was something I should have received after the lengthy wait time. Very disappointed in the lack of service I received."
"In the last month, I've ordered from this DQ twice. Both times I was met with high prices and poor food quality. The workers here appear to be very young - which isn't usually an issue; however, there didn't seem to be a more experienced individual working with them. While it appeared they knew how to operate the registers and machinery, the service was very slow and they didn't seem to put in much effort. I ordered a blizzard both times. The ice cream was already half-melted and they were not blended well. One of them only had cookie dough on the top - not mixed throughout. While I've had good luck with this DQ in the past, the high prices and poor food quality have made me go to either of the two Moorhead DQs instead."
