"Was in the lobby waiting for 10 mins. I even stood in the line to talk to a CC person but it was pretty busy in there and left again to see if anyone was at caribou. I didn’t want to be rude and yell for someone so I decided to call them and a woman answered and I asked if they were open and she responded with “excuse me? We’re open at 6” with attitude and then someone heard me on the phone and decided to check if there was a costumer. The girl that took the order was super sweet tho! 15 mins in total to get a coffee when there was no one in line other than me. I was running late for my nail appointment so I was getting my girl and I some coffee and I was way more behind after stopping here. Absolutely not"

"**update** Store has a new manager and has been open as posted by their hours of operation. Staff is as always very friendly. This store is never open when they're supposed to be. It's ridiculous, or the employees at night are "on break". They need new management. The employees that do work there are great but like I said the store needs to be open when it's hours are posted."
