"Drove over an hour away and had booked over a month in advance with my significant other and was yelled at over the phone by Jesus that he didn’t have time to let us know that he wouldn’t be there bc his life is so busy, acting like it was our fault we weren’t aware he wouldn’t be there. Yet, the day day before my boyfriend received a email from the app confirming his appointment for the next day. Jesus charges customers if they have to reschedule but yet acts rude towards his customers when he cancels on them last minute and does no effort to reach out to them. Poor communication, and you can tell he only cares about making money and not being compassionate towards his customers."
