"I love coming here, the workers help out on finding me the right shoes, they go by what I prefer and they are easy to talk to. I use to have this one pair of shoes that I just love wearing that fits my feet and are so comfortable and they looked for it and found my description and I bought them. I will be coming back again cuz under armor is the best shoe I’ve ever bought that fits me right."

"Walked in, tried to shop local, systems were down. Didn’t offer to look further into the issue. Only accepted cash. Lost a 220$ sale as I was going to buy three pairs of shoes from them."

"Walked in and started looking at shoes for my son, there was a teen boy working as well as a lady. They both saw me walk in and both didn’t even bother to greet me. So I proceeded at looking at shoes, I then waited patiently ..At this point I was getting frustrated cause they both started walking in front of me without asking if I needed help with something. They both walked past me about 4 times. Typically I understand if a worker gets busy but atleast say “We’ll be with you shortly “ I then finally asked the teen for a size for my son he then went to get it, it ran a little big on my son so I asked him if he had a half size smaller in that same shoe. He then said they didn’t carry that size and then walked away with the ones I initially tried on my son . He didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to try another size or shoe! He just walked away with the other pair. I ended up asking the lady if she could just grab the shoe the teen took and I went to the register and just paid. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from not just one employee, but two! The shoe was also marked down for $44.95 and it rang up as $55 still. I didn’t even want to bother with bringing it up since I just wanted to get out of there at that point."

"Definitely nice to have a sports store in town. There is always good deals in store and a good selection of merchandise. You can always also shop online and pick up in store which is a nice option."
