"I went there to find shoes for a funeral last minute, and the employees were extremely rude. As I walked in the door, one of the employees was following a gal around the store to tell her to put her mask on. I understand that the girl needed to be wearing a mask, but the employees were making a big spectacle of it. I began looking for shoes and noticed one of the employees was also following me around the store. I had my mask on so I didn’t understand why she kept following me. I made it a point to go straight across the store to see if she would follow me and sure enough, she was right there. It was almost as if they thought I was a thief. I purchased about $75 worth of items there, gave them all of my info- my email, street address etc. Why in the world would I walk out with something? Overall, it was an awkward and unpleasant experience. This place has a great selection of shoes, but I’d pay more somewhere else not to have to deal with the employees there. Customer service has become a dying art."
