"Several good experiences here. Staff will greet you right away and be helpful and find what you need. Seem to have great sales on out of season items. They don't act pretentious when you ask them about prices."

"Came in today in hopes to find a certain suit I was looking for. As soon as I found the suit I was looking for, the sales man continued to ask if I’d like a different color after repeating myself again I was happy with the color I had I asked him if he could alter my pants and the gentleman proceeded to say “I don’t know how” he called another associate over who had a poor attitude of “I don’t want to deal with this or do this.” After all of this we continue to the register to make my purchase, after the transaction he states he forgot to add my alterations price to that. Since I had only expected to pay a certain amount I asked for a refund as this was another added charge and at that point no alterations had been made yet, he states he can’t do that since I had paid with cash. I told him it’s okay I’ll take what I have without the alterations. Normally when I get a suit it’s all in a bag on a hanger, my pants was left with the marks for the alterations as well as pins in it not to mention my pants was stuffed in a shopping bag instead of hanging with the jacket I purchased."

"This place doesn’t even deserve a star. The lack of communication and organization in this place is a joke. I had called them to let them know my father died unexpectedly before my wedding and that my brother would need to be fitted as he was walking me down the aisle. They told me they would write a note about the situation and have my brother get fitted for my dads tux. My brother got there, had to re explain to them of my dads passing and why he was there to get fitted. 2 other times they asked me if my dad was still apart of my bridal party. Again, I repeated myself, he had passed away. They both said, “oh yeah I see the note.” Then, my groomsmen went to pickup their tuxes AND THEY ORDERED THE WRONG COLORED JACKETS a week before my wedding. The jackets were reordered…I went to pick them up…and THEY STILL ORDERED MY DEAD DADS TUX AND PUT IT IN FRONT OF ME ( as I was picking up the groomsmen’s tuxes) AND ASKED IF MY DAD WAS STILL APART OF MY WEDDING. This is where I lost it. Got home with the tuxes and we were missing one groomsmen tux (which they put in another wedding party) and the other jacket WAS STILL THE WRONG COLOR. So, I had to have someone run to Fargo because this was two days before my wedding to get the tux that was placed in the wrong bridal party and pickup the wrong jacket. I asked to speak to the manager because I was completely fed up with this so called “business” and they told me the manager was “busy” and would call me back. NEVER heard back from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE."

"Ordered a suit in store. Bought half of the entire suit in store and the rest was to be shipped to my house in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks go by with no response. Called the store, they said there was a shipping error in Cincinnati and it'll be at my house in 3 days. I thought this was fishy, but gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. Ended up going to Men's Warehouse in GF, and I asked them about this. They said the rest of my suit wasn't ordered. I paid for the entire suit, but only took home a shirt and a tie. The assistant manager did correct this and give me a refund (thank you assistant manager), but I'm NOT happy about being lied to by another employee. I have nothing against Men's Warehouse, I ended up buying another full suit at the one in Grand Forks. I'm not happy with THIS Men's warehouse. Not happy being lied to. I'm fine if they would've said there was a user error and it was never ordered, but cmon, lying to your customers? Not cool. I'd go somewhere else for suits. If they'd lie about a simple shipping error, I'd wonder what else they've lied to customers about. Doesn't make me feel confident shopping here."

"Mens Wearhouse did a great job making sure our men were looking sharp day of the wedding. The convenience of having people from all across the country go to their specific Mens Wearhouse to get fitted and pick up if wanting was very helpful. Only downfall was had to call week of to verify tuxes were ready as some people got email updates but others did not."
