"I’m a DoorDash driver and went to pick up a delivery last night (about 7:30pm on 9/19). There was a sizeable line with only one woman managing the place by herself. She notified me that it would take a while to fulfill the order so I took a seat as she helped the customers. Once finished, she apologized for the delay, telling me that other drivers had been upset about waiting earlier in the day. She made the order as quick as she could and offered me something from the menu as I waited. I’d never been to a Rita’s before, but they gained a customer tonight due to this employee’s exceptional communication and customer service. I’ll be back as soon as they reopen next spring."

"Great mango flavored italian ice. The best deals are their take home containers. We enjoyed a small $6.49 container which was enough to serve 5. Individual servings can add up quickly. Clean and courteous staff."
