"At this point, I'm convinced they purposely miss part of orders. How are you missing food when only 2 items came in the order? 3 times at this location we've had issues with missing food... it's not an accident."

"Went to the drive thru for lunch, after shopping; Ordered a double quarter w/cheese, shamrock shake, med fry , cheeseburger and a mocha frappe - simple right? Got back home (ten minutes or so,away) opened the bag to find a four piece Mcnugget with honey mustard on the side( didn't want, need or ask for it) Frustrated and now more hungry, called the restaurant to make things right... And had to go back the next day to Actually get what I paid for - had to talk to manager duty who seemed somewhat indifferent, and certainly not sympathetic for THEIR bad. He went behind the register, punched up a bunch of buttons and then said my food would be made. Didn't say how long,or give me a number or receipt so I stood there for several minutes before I finally heard an order that resembled my order, that I was there for,to begin with. Took a chance looking at the food, luckily it was my correct order. I left the place feeling like I didn't matter, was confused about what was happening, and started seriously thinking about Not coming back at all,ever. Time will tell."

"Two times in a row, two big issues. I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. First issue, I got the food home to my family and my wife’s filet o fish sandwich was missing from the bag and all 4 large orders of fries were undercooked and very doughy. I called the restaurant and the manager was no help. He said since it was an app order I had to handle it through the app. I went in the app and it told me to call the restaurant!! I escalated my claim and got a very nice email from Reena P at Hyder Investments, to which I responded, but nothing ever came of it. No food coupons, no refund, nothing. A month went by and we finally decided to try the AV McDonald’s again. Same deal—ordered in the app and picked it all up in the drive thru. I got the food home to my family and 2 of the 4 large orders of fries that I ordered were not in the bag. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I tried emailing Reena P at Hyder Investments AGAIN and no response at all. We are absolutely DONE with this location, and honestly we are done with McDonald’s in general. The prices are absurd for the low quality of food. Not much more out of pocket we can just have a sit down restaurant."

"First of all, I want to say that this McDonald’s is the highest grossing McDonald’s in Minnesota. So I go here from time to time because it is close to my work. (I know it’s so unhealthy it shouldn’t be considered food) but time is short. So I ordered my meal paid at the first window. Got to the second window got handed my coke. And then I remembered I like dipping my fries in hot mustard. So I had the audacity to ask for some to be thrown in my bag. Immediately got an eye roll back and was told it was $.32. (The manager of this McDonald’s is the petty one who made this decision)… so I pulled my card out not happy but whatever(as if your prices haven’t gone up 30% in the past year)… and when this brown lady saw that I was trying to pay with a card she basically scolded me and told me I should’ve paid at the last window and how could I not have $.32 and change. And then told me to pull up to the third window and shut her window. I don’t expect great service at a McDonald’s. But the pettiness and rudeness. You guys honestly don’t deserve the one star I have to give you to leave this review. Good day."

"McDonald’s is one of my favorite restaurants. The food at this location is absolutely delicious. However, it is pretty sloppily made and they did not give me the sauce for my McNuggets. I was sad since McNuggets are useless without sauce. But, I cannot dwell on that. I enjoyed the other things I ordered very much and the McNuggets did not go to waste. They were a nice treat for my kitty, who loves McDonald’s as much as I do. Food aside, this location is super speedy, which is very important to me. I will be returning. Pro tip: on the drive home, eat some fries when you are also chewing a piece of gum that has lost its flavor. That way, after you swallow the fries, your gum will now taste like fries the rest of the way home."
