"Is this place is absolutely huge! They have multiple rooms filled with tile, carpet, flooring, kitchen/bathroom sinks and cabinets, refrigerators, stoves, toilets, sliding glass doors, front screen/doors, windows of all kinds, wood and granite/quartz/marble slabs. I would say there's at least 8-10 medium to extremely large rooms filled with all kinds of stuff. It seems like they always have a little bit of something. I went looking for quartz slabs. Sadly they didn't have what I was personally looking for and it sounds like they get slabs in about twice a year. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and answered all my questions. I definitely will be back as we are trying to fix our flipped house. I would definitely say that if you've never been here before to spend at least 1-3 hours looking through everything. If you know what you're looking for make sure you take detailed notes on sizes for your project. When looking at windows and doors they have everything by size. Keep in mind that whatever you buy you cannot get refunded or returned. I definitely need some new door so when I'm ready for that project I will be back to look through their wide variety."

"Buyer beware of appliances. If you buy an appliance like I did, check to make sure all the parts are in the item. I paid $2,700 + $500 for the 12% fee and taxes for a Jenn Air down draft range. So, $3,200 out the door. Only to find it missing a $500.00 part. Ouch. No returns, no exchanges. I would have been better buying full retail. I did feel empathy from the staff. They wanted to make a little softer landing for me. But it is the rule of outlet buying and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose."

"Higher quality materials at discounted price. Comparing qualities, they're better than the big box stores....better values. Only issue is finding matching cabinets/windows/etc. Be a frequent shopper so you can stock up prior to starting a project, as they get shipments often. Also, check your items carefully as they may have damages at corners and edges. They charge service fee of sort, and sale is final. Also, the free carry outs are very helpful."

"The place is HUGE. It has...well...every thing you need to complete your house build, including the kitchen sink. The items are cheap to expected. It looks like items that were slightly damaged during shipping, wrong size/color, or customer changed their minds about purchasing it, and Building Materials picked it up. Most items have the dimensions right on them, they are displayed in a sorted matter which is really nice (no digging for the right size). But A LOT to go through!"

"They’ve got a great selection of building materials if you’ve got the skills to piece a project together. Like if you get your first 3 windows of a project here, you can get a deal on them and get the others at a retailer. They’ve got a good selection of countertops, cabinets, tile and appliances. The only reason they get 4 stars is the 10 percent buyers fee on everything and the hours could be a little better."
