"This review is specifically for Clay. I called right at 5:29pm on a Friday. They closed at 5:30pm. He stayed past closing all the way until 6:00pm so that I could come get a part to fix my dryer. I had a repair man at my house that was needing to be paid regardless if he fixed my dryer or not so I needed the part. Couldn’t believe he actually stayed that late and was more than happy to do so. Was even happy to explain the part to me and the price in detail. Clay is the man and I highly recommend DEY!"

"Went here after a recommendation from Menards in Richfield for a dishwasher handle that had broken. Saw the assembly on Amazon for $30 but wanted to try and go local and also just the buy the handle. Gentleman saw the broken handle and said that they only sell the assembly now and in the color black. But he said wait a minute… He went back into the back and came back with this assembly piece in the right color and said to just take it! It wasn’t in their database for sale anyway, he said. They have earned my business the next time I need to replace an appliance part for our house."
