"I would go to Bearded Mermaid all the time. This store is alright. They have a nice selection of vintage. My recent experience with their selling and customer service left much to be desired. I brought in a vintage Vikings corduroy hat, valued between $70 to $150, expecting a fair assessment. However, the staff's response was disheartening. The attendant glanced briefly at the item, offering a mere $10, while seeming disinterested and preoccupied with her phone. I believe that a more thorough understanding of the products and a higher level of engagement in customer interactions would significantly enhance the overall experience.."
