Subway 3340 Rice Street, Shoreview, MN 55126

"This has to be the worst subway in Minnesota. I’ve come in and left three different times now with no food. They always seem to have a new employee working by themselves and have a problem with the register or take extremely long. Very very poorly run."

"Clearly another "unacceptable service"review will be in deaf ears. Went in to get 4 subs for myself and 3 kids. The rude sandwich artist told me subway doesn't make orders like that in the store. Apparently those need to be online. They wanted me to do it online while in the store. What sense does that make when I'm standing in their store. They also said this new rule has been advertised. Hummm....... So decide to make my sandwiches all while talking under their breath about not suppose to be making multiple sandwich orders. So naturally, when I get my subs home, they were all wrong with extra/missing ingredients. Trash employees."

"subway is open until 9. if they are going to be open until that time, they should have all their menu items until then. i walked in at 8:30 pm and was told they only had a few white rolls left and they were out of the cheese i wanted. i went and purchased food somewhere else. great parking . . . because the lot is empty . . . just like their food shelves."

"They keep bathrooms closed to public, only paying customers, but be prepared to wait for them to take their time to get the keys. Rude personality for both the cook and manager. If you make a comment about it, be prepared for them to cuss back at you and throw insults at you as you walk out the door. Horrible service and surprising that they are still open after seeing the reviews, probably same 2 people that don’t wash their hands and sit outside in parking lot for down time."
