Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Consistently poor service. I eat at Chipotle all over the metro and love the restaurant. This specific location however is consistently dirty, out of stock, and lacking in staff/management care. This time they were out of fajitas and steak (lack of cooking not supply chain) and of course napkins were out too. They were not busy...the staff just did not care enough to clean up the napkin station. Last time it was burnt chips, the time before it was plain filthy, and the time before that I probably blocked out of my memory. Go to a different Chipotle where the staff and management care."

"Waited 45 minutes for my online order when the app told me it would be ready by 6:30 (10 min wait time placed order at 6:20). I understand it’s a busy time because it’s dinner. But AT LEAST update wait times for online orders. I could have gone somewhere else to eat instead of wasting all this time on sub par food. All I ordered was a quesadilla and it was missing the two sides of rice and the quesadilla was just sad. Restaurant was filthy and packed full of people."

"I was very dissatisfied. I had ordered 2 bowls. The portions that I recieved left me shocked. The rice was slimey and recieved a very small amount.I requested chicken I got the bottom scraps no chicken was ready so he puts 5 little pieces on each bowl. I asked the guy you can't be serious with these portions he says it is what it is and became confrontation. So instead creating in scene infront of my son I bit my tongue."

"BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! I rarely give restaurants bad review because I also work at the restaurant field and I understand how busy it can be. Unfortunately this is my THIRD time ordering food to go, it can’t get any worst than this. I would agree other people stating this is the worst CHIPOTLE in the state for sure. These teenager workers seem don’t want to be here , ZERO customer service,chatty, zero clues what they are doing, and swear a lot. Super unprofessional and no one seems to care (probably they won’t get fired anyways because they are short staffed) I am so disappointed because I am a fan of Chipotle!!! I will prevent going to this location from now on. They really need to work on training the staffs. (FYI, this location also looks dirty) so sad."

"Between 12-12:30 pm today I went to this location on my 30 min lunch break. This is only my second time there. My first experience was pleasant the food was good and fresh and served in a timely fashion. However today, I was served by a young man who was extremely and unnecessarily difficult. I ordered a bowl and asked if I could have extra veggies. The young man said no he had to save some for the the rest of the customers. I am a paying customer I asked nicely and only requested a reasonable portion ONE EXTRA SCOOP OF VEGGIES. I was surprised at the lack of customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor he told me he was a supervisor and when I asked for his name he said he did not have to give it to me. I requested to be helped by other staff and it wasn’t until I raised my voice to assertively let the man know I did not want him to continue to serve me that a woman jumped in at my assistance I was very shocked that staff stood by watching the whole thing and doing nothing"
