"First time eating at Popeyes. Ordered the shrimp basket with macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. Can't wait to have it again. I gave the service 5 stars because it was fairly fast, however, there was so much staff behind the counter it was chaos. They have no flow."

"The reason I am giving a 1 star for service is I specifically drove to this location for fresh food for my family. I ordered my food they repeated the order back but, I didn't check my order until I made it home to feed my kids. I noticed they didn't give me my side order with family meal. I called and explained that I didn't get my side item. They told me come back and bring receipt which I did. They told me wait additional 10 minutes when I got there. They offered no apology and gave me the smallest side item as possible in a little box. I had to drive all the way back to Eagan and it would have been common courtesy for them to fix their mistake they could have offered me something for my inconvenience but, nothing not even a drink. This is the very reason I stopped eating at Popeyes the customer service. I will not be returning."

"I use to always enjoy Popeyes when I lived in Phoenix. However, this location has gotten my order wrong the only two times I've been and the food doesn't taste fresh. Was such a disappointment that it went into the trash and we fried up some eggs for dinner. Never again...."

"I actually liked their chicken sandwich. I would definite go here for a chicken sandwich over Chick-fil-A. However, DO NOT get the Mac & Cheese. It is not worth the up charge. It reminds me of bad catering Mac & Cheese. Do try their strawberry biscuits and cinnamon apple pie."

"For a brand new place, this is terrible. Ordered a five piece tender with Mac and cheese for a side. The tenders were obviously sitting for a while as they were cold. The mac and cheese was too. Looks like is sat for so long that the cheese hardened and was microwaved back to a luke warm temp. ALL of the lids for cups were soaked with drinks that were previously spilled and when I asked for a clean one, the cashier put one on the counter sitting in something that was spilled earlier. Do not come here. It is disgusting, unclean, and the food is terrible."
