"I bought a Christmas sweater from the Ragstock Christmas pop up store last weekend, and when I got home, realized it still had a security tag on it. I went back today to ask them to take it off, but was told they don't use security tags and couldn't help me. I asked if I could swap out the sweater for one without a security tag but there were no more in stock. So I asked to return it and was told that sales on Christmas items are final and that they would not accept it as a return. I clarified that I had my receipt, all tags were still on the sweater, that they couldn't fix the issue for me, that they still wouldn't accept it as a return, and was told that was correct. It's very frustrating that I now have a useless Christmas gift and that the store declined to do anything at all to fix the issue. Edited to include photos."
